Resetting User Passwords

After a User has been granted access to the VERSITAL User Site they may need their password reset.  You can only send a Password Reset Email to a User from within Netsuite.

  1. In NetSuite use the global search to search for the email address that needs a password reset and click on the MVN VERSITAL Client User record that appears


  2. Edit the record and check the Send Password Reset Email checkbox


  3. Save the record and the user will receive an email with a link to reset their password. 
    NOTE - The Send Password Reset Email box may become unchecked when you save the record, but the email will still be sent.
