Managing User Access

Once you have given access to Users you may need to change or update their access in the future.  If you need help with inviting new users to your VERSITAL portals or creating new users please see our article in our Quick Start Guide.

Manage within the VERSITAL Admin Console

Remove User Access

  1. In the VERSITAL Admin Console click on VERSITAL Users in the sidebar menu


  2. Toggle the status setting to OFF and click Publish.  The user will no longer be able to login to VERSITAL

Update Portal Access

  1. To grant access to one or multiple portals for your User(s) navigate to VERSTIAL Users in the sidebar menu of your Admin Console


  2. Find the User that you need to update and click the Available Portals drop down.  Select one or more portals and click Publish.  This user will now have access to ALL the portals you have selected


Manage within NetSuite

Remove User Access

  1. In NetSuite search for "page: MVN VERSTIAL Client User" in the global search.


  2. Alternatively, if you know what Entity this user is attached to you can find the User record on the custom subtab of that entity record.


  3. On the VERSITAL Client User record uncheck the Status checkbox, then save the record.  The user will no longer be able to login.

Update Portal Access

  1. To change what portals a user has access to, search for "page: MVN VERSTIAL Client User" in the global search.

  2. Alternatively, if you know what Entity this user is attached to you can find the User record on the custom subtab of that entity record.


  3. On the VERSITAL Client User record select or un-select one or multiple portals from the Allow Portals List.  The next time this user logs in they will see the new list of portals you have granted access to.
