Image Size Recommendations
There are multiple images that can be configured on the user site and below are the recommended sizes for each.
- User Site Logo - it is recommended that you center your logo on a 200 x 200 transparent background. Your logo does not have to fully fill the 200 x 200 space, but the overall image containing your logo is recommended to be 200 x 200
- User Site Banner Image - it is recommended for the banner image to be a 10:1.5 aspect ratio, with a width of 1700px or less.
- Image Custom Element - the image custom element can be almost any size you wish, but the width should not exceed 1700px

Note that there are way to adjust the sizes of your images in the configuration settings within the Admin Console so if your logos or images do not meet these exact requirements you can still provide further changes through the User Site Settings or Custom Element settings.
